I’ve ordered from Fox Print several times (always the photos on card stock with the white borders). The photos turn out great and are perfect for the baby books I use. This time, though, one of the photos arrived scratched, very noticeably, which I don’t remember having happened before. When I reached out to customer service they said they couldn’t send me a replacement because of how they print the photos, but they did refund the 80 (?) cent cost of the photo. I ordered all the pictures for this year of the baby book at once, so to get the one that’s now missing, I’d need to pay for 9 more photos (since there’s a 10 photo minimum) plus shipping. It’s not a huge deal, since I’ll order more in a year anyway, but I wish there was a way they could have just sent me a replacement.
