Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost for all orders up to $25. There is no refund for orders over $25 and photo books, unless they are defective (wrong prints) or lost by the carrier. There is no refunds for International orders.

    • we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. FoxPrint is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
    • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our California office.

To return or exchange an order:

  • Email us at support@foxprint.com within 7 days from the date of shipping or 3 days from the day you received your shipment (whichever is later). Make sure to include an explanation for your dissatisfaction, so that we can improve our offering,
  • Include order ID from the confirmation email we sent you as a proof of purchase,
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking to:
